Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before vendor acceptance.

Once a vendor has started processing an order, cancellation may not be possible.

Package deliveries can be cancelled before rider pickup.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • Order not delivered
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged item delivered
  • Duplicate payment

Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days.
