SonicKart allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion:

Users can request account and data deletion by sending an email to: support@sonickartnow.com

Email subject:

Account & Data Deletion Request

Email must include:

• Registered mobile number

• Reason for deletion (optional)

Data that will be deleted:

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account

• Mobile number

• Saved addresses

• Order history

• Any other personal data linked to the account

Data retention timeline:

• All user data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days after verification.

• Some non-personal data may be retained if required by law.
